Vitality Points ****

I find that year on year discovery keeps added on fine print which prevents customers from achieving points on general ( no cost) items) and is quickly upping the price on screening assessments (which is deducted from ones MSA or paid in cash) 1. Assessments at clicks and dischem you now costs around R340per assessment) 2. dietician - absolutely waste of ones time and money , you get weighted told you BMI details and that you need to go on a diet. the charge is around R400-500 for the dietician to tell you information you would have already received from dischem/clicks assessment and from a biokinetist! should you go ahead with a diet plan, you are charged separately at around R1000. it gets better, the points allocated for a dietician have also dropped. 3. 1000 days of baby... not sure how 6 months count as 1000 days, but the big items like healthy food basket will be discontinued after 6months. 4. in General you have to track everything you do and ensure points are allocated as there are forever points missing on the discovery system 5. enquiry system doesn't work - the talented personnel who respond to queries quickly dish out generic /pre-determined Reponses without reading and properly answering your query 6. overall the vitality points systems aims and depleting ones MSA, then when you are left with a real emergency, you will pay out of your own pocket!
