Vitality Points & Rewards Disgusted

<p>I have emailed and phoned Discovery numerous times, they don't respond to my queries nor do they answer the phone. I have had so many issues with regards to Discovery awarding my well earned points as well as never receiving my rewards after their mistake. I have done numerous Parkrun's which per the Parkrun website registers that I have completed such but yet never receive my points by Discovery. I also have to query this every time which I don't understand and then still don't get awarded the points. I was very impressed when Discovery expanded their products, but recently have been questioning whether they have bit off more than they could chew. I'm not impressed with the service I have been receiving from Discovery Vitality.</p>
