Vitality points not being allocated

A constant struggle getting my vitality points allocated.. A few months in a row now there are days where my 100 points ts for my 10000 steps don't get allocated to my vitality. If I don't check the just get forgotten.. Sorry we pay for a service and this is unacceptable.. Pls get this sorted asap. I can send screenshots yet again showing my steps that have not been achieved.. I can't keep logging tickets I have my normal life to live
