Vitality points not awarded

I participated in a discovery wellness day and was not awarded any points for participation. I have attempted to call discovery numerous times and have recieved the same excuse on 3 occasions. I participated on the 12th October and still nobody has got back to me. My intergrator payback was based on my viltality status which was not updated since the wellness day therefore resulting in a smaller payback percentage
