Vitality Points Not Allocated for Hysterectomy and Colonoscopy Despite Submitted Documentation
On 4 February 2026, I submitted medical documentation confirming my wife’s hysterectomy to ensure she receives the appropriate screening-related Vitality points, as she can no longer have Pap smears or HPV tests. An agent had previously advised me that this could be done, and I sent the documentation to *** as instructed.
I also requested the allocation of points for a colonoscopy that has already been paid and processed by Discovery. Because there was no option to capture this procedure online, an agent advised me to submit it under any available option. I received several no-reply emails with reference numbers, but the only actual response stated that my submission could not be processed due to “inconsistencies in my submitted documentation and the claimed-for option.” This is clearly due to the fact that the relevant options are not offered in the system.
Despite the 48-hour turnaround promised by Vitality, I have received no acknowledgement or resolution. The points for both the hysterectomy and the colonoscopy have still not been allocated.
I request urgent intervention to ensure:
Confirmation that the hysterectomy documentation has been received and that the relevant points will be allocated; and
Allocation of the colonoscopy points without further delay.
This matter has been pending for over a week with no meaningful response
