Vitality Points - Non Existent!!!!!!!! Service atrocious!!!!!!!!!

Well lets say the service is non-existent, I entered with weight loss programme and after the 6 weeks I went to the prescribed pharmacy on the discovery vitalty system. The pharmacist had no idea how to log the weight on the point system. I then manually submitted it over 6 times and still four months later I have note received my points nor have I had any clarity as to why my points were not awarded, Every time I call them they take my query, log it with the back office and that is where it stays in mid air with no clarity on this.

What does a person have to do to get the points which were legitimately done how many times. Why put systems in place when you don't want to award your members for doing well.

Absolutely disgusted at their service.
