Vitality points given then taken away

I completed a workout on the 8th of February and logged it on the Discovery website via my polar heart rate monitor. I was credited with the workout and achieved the desired points to reach my fitness goal for the week. Only to wake up on Saturday morning to have the points taken from me and therefore I did not reach my goal. <br> <br> I know the fitness workout was worth the 300 points. How can you just award points and then retract them. This is really not on. I did email the support centre on Saturday but have still to achieve a response. <br> <br> Please respond to this urgently as I will not be paying for the Apple watch due to your admin/technical error. This is a breach of contract on your part.
