Vitality points and gym membership
Good day, I have recently joined Vitality but have been a Virgin Active member for years. Vitality rewards rules clearly state that Virgin Active members who join Vitality can have their points backdated to 3 months. Now when I query the back dating of points, I am told a different story. This is false advertising.
