Vitality Points

So Discovery Vitality encourage you to get active to earn points and then be rewarded when you have achieved your weekly set goal.

I am very active and I receive my points daily and on most weeks achieve my goal so I get a free smoothie which is a nice benefit.

I noticed that I was not achieving my goal eventhough I was regularly going to the gym and achieving 5000 or 10000 steps so I started looking at my points daily. My points would reflect on the discovery app and they did add up but half way through the week points were dissapearing. So they would credit me with 50 or 100 points and then half way through the week I would get another 100 points for the gym but my 100 points for achieving 10000 steps would suddenly be gone. At first I thought I wasnt shure or doubting myself so I started screen shots and on so many occaisions I had actually accumulated the required points for my weekly goal but just before the week would end 50 points for the 5000 steps would just dissapear and I would not achieve my goal because I had a total of 600 points and not 650 points when I should have had 700 or 750 points. I understand that if you do two types of physical activities that the one with the highest points will count and not both but this is not the case.

The only probable explanation; theres a technical glitch and the points that you have earned and have already been credited to you just dissapear and get lost in the abyss of zeroes and ones? :Thumbs up:
