Vitality partner points incorrectly calculated

My partner (Dischem) points have been incorrectly calculated by Discovery for the past month or so. Having raised this issue on 08/12/2020 with Discovery on multiple occasions, I am yet to receive any feedback. Agents in this team are extremely inefficient showing no initiative to resolve issues raised by clients.
