VITALITY PARTNER NON PERFORMANCE

I have tried to get hold of someone to assist with a refund or credit for the grounded Comair / kulula.com flights in March 2022. I booked the flights through Vitality as a benefit, but this has become a night mare to try and resolve. I cannot register with the kulula.com travel bank to recover the credit, because of the Vitality booking. How or what from here? This has caused a lot of embarrassment, because Vitality does not have "checks" in place to insure the "Vitality Partner" is credible ...
