Vitality partner goods not good enough

I believe vitality is a sham , I ve been with vitality just over a month I have spent about 1500 rand between pick n pay and dischem . On thier site I have learned that not everything deemed healthy is available to earn cash back vitality s decision making is rather disappointing for example future life is selected as a healthy food under cereal s yet under protein food future life high protein bars are not selected how does that make any sense , further more in dischem I just wasted 1000 rand getting no cash back as I was unaware that vitality does not pay cash back on protein supplements which are essential to health and fitness something vitality promotes it is actually the reason why I took vitality on .... How vitality promotes health and fitness even going as far to pay cash back up 750 rand on a fitness monitoring device yet the essential products like supplements don't qualify for cash back makes no sense . Further more no where in pick n pay and dischem was there any signage stating what qualifies for cash back so one automatically assumes that protein supplements (dischem)would qualify based on the above mentioned . Due to this I will be canceling vitality its a sham
