Vitality open points

Discovery recently held a discovery open promotiom which was open to its members and members of the public it worked on a point system which could b than converted to rewards example a voucher at nandod to.my dismay when trying to retrieve my vouchers via the discovery app i could not get the ones i wanted yet the option was still there on the app . I called the discovery call center and the manage stares all those vouchers are not available and they are having techinical issues to remove it i had to settle for something i did not want. Dissapointed in the level of service and false information on the app
