Vitality only rewards unhealthy people, biggest **** ever...
I joined Discovery and Vitality over the December period, with effect taking place from January 2019. At the time, I was still a student with a lot of free time. I was eager to partake in the fitness challenges, as I am a highly active individual. Once Vitality became active, I easily reached my goals as I was exercising multiple times a day.
However, the points needed each week kept increasing...
I became employed the same month and have been working 12 hours a day ever since. Today, my points jumped again to the current 650 points needed weekly, even though I haven't met 600 points for the past couple of weeks since it is almost impossible for me to achieve.
I feel betrayed by Discovery for rewarding unhealthy people who only need to go to gym once a week whereas highly active people get "penalized" for trying to be healthy and keep being pushed beyond their limits so that Discovery keeps making money out of the deal.
I am eagerly awaiting the day that I can cancel Discovery, Vitality and Virgin Active altogether.
