Vitality online facility a permanent issue

<p>Oh my word, there is NEVER a single time that I attempt to interact with Vitality online that it actually works. Today the system is telling me that I have not done the kids health assessment, it is understating our vitality points, it cannot connect me to the kids vitality page and cannot give me the outline of points for each of us for the year to date - if I select custom date range it wont allow me to select anything beyond 1 april 2017??? Whoever is in charge of testing this site and putting functionaility live is completely inadequate. </p>
