Vitality not working on app

I have not been able to use the vitality part of this app since the introduction of vitality 2.0, that's 6 months, I have now got around 8 reference numbers and no one seems to do anything about it, they call me and give me feedback that doesn't tell me anything, they say it's fixed when it isn't and I've now tried it on about 10 different devices but still nothing, no matter how many updates. And they don't seem to care that this has gone on for 6 months at all! I'm shocked to day the least.
