Vitality not that vital!!!

Wish I could give no stars, I have been struggling with vitality since the beginning of the year, but more so since April, these idiots take forever to get back to me and yet they are always on time to take their money, but I have had it with them. I pay for no service basically, they keep telling me to do the same thing but as we all know that is what an idiot does... The same thing over and over expecting a different result. Then they tell me they have assigned a consultant to me to solve all my issues, only heard of him once... So this will add ***** to the list. So let's see, they are unreliable, not sticking to their own SLA of 3 to 5 working days... Idiots coz telling me to do the same thing over and over and expecting a different result oh and ******* coz I pay for services that I cannot use. So this sounds like a great company to me to avoid!
