Vitality not paying gym fee's.

Good day

I have moved my gym contract from Preminum down to one gym onlyh to save money. I was told that if I were to reach all my goals in a month I would be paid out.

The first month after this I completed all my goal - No payment (Payment Due in November 2018). Then December, Jan, Feb, March went well. I am still awaiting payment for April its already the 9th May 2019 and keep getting told there is an error, but no resolution date. I budget monthly now on my membership fee as i force myself to make my goals weekly.

This is unacceptable and need this money to be paid as soon as possible.
