Vitality not for your benefit

I am trying to cancel my gym membership at Planet fitness as I have moved to a new city. Planet fitness and Discovery Vitality cannot affect an immediate transfer so I am forced to miss Gym for a month and a half while there bureaucratic bull **** runs it's course. I would like to join Virgin Active who are closer to me. Trying to discuss the matter with the Planet fitness call centre and the club manager are a waste of time. Absolutely useless. I am considering cancelling my medical and other policies as a result of the **** service and stupidity. It concerns me that Vitality is all about the company and not at all about my health.
