Vitality not benificial as it appears to be

Discovery Vitality is not usefull or accurate. I don’t find it beneficial to use their health benefits. The Vitality app doesn’t record fitness activities from the device app accurately and it then appears that fitness goals aren’t met. There is no way to contact them by sending the information through and the call center is not effectively dealing with the problem. It appears as if there is no way they can get lost data or information and just pull up their shoulders and nothing happens then. There is no way you can send them screenshots or information as they don’t have an email address or method to handle querie like this. They only have troubleshooting methods that aren’t effective at all.
