Vitality not active for the past 2 weeks: ***

***. I joined vitality on the 5th of July and was told that it will be active after 48 hours.

My vitality is still not active 2 weeks later.

I have called Vitality and all I got was my airtime being wasted with people transferring from person to person, dropping the line while I speak and not even call back.

Everyone keeps telling me that my account needs to be synced which I don’t understand why it takes 2 weeks.

I sent emails which were not rep**** to.

I’ve chatted to Lusanda, Khanyisa, Blanche and a number of people on WhatsApp as well and they keep telling me about syncing my account even now. Khanyisa finally did some work and logged a ticket and promised to send me feedback this morning and nothing has been done.

Can you guys sync this damn vitality account because you will deduct R509 in my account in August after this kind of service from you.

I don’t want stories anymore. Just sync the vitality account…
