I bought a Verso watch last year in June. I was meant to get up yo 75% cash back on it. I have been querying this for almost a year now with absolutely no resolution or cash bac**** Vitality is forever blaming Sportsmans Warehouse. In fact, Doctor at Sportmans warehouse in Stoneridge is the only one that continues to contact me to let me know that he is trying his level best to sort this out. I am shocked that I still have not had a cash back from Vitality! You are happy to take money, but when it comes to refunding you have EVERY excuse under the sun!!!! Unbelievable - shocking service
