Vitality mess up

When I joined vitality I was told to go to the Clicks store to link my club card to vitality.I went to the Clicks store and was told that Vitality was going to send me the card. I called vitality and was told that I must go to Clicks again. So I went to a different store and the lady there also told me that I must get it from Vitality. It's frustrating because when they want you to join they promise you the world but when they have to deliver I'm pushed from pillar to post.
