Vitality, Life Insurance and Bank not Snyc and reported countless times

Beginning of November 2023 I asked Discovery to link my vitality to my life policy and bank and that still to date has not happened. I have called in 2nd week of December 2023 to check what the issue is and I was informed that it will be sorted out, I should give them two weeks, it would be sorted out. 2nd week of January 2024 I called again to do a follow up, i was informed the matter has been escalated and they would call me back I should give them 24 hours. End of January 2024 I called again and they told me back office is handling it, I should please give them 48 hours yet again and they would call me back, 12 February 2024 no one has called me back my vitality issue is still not sorted, I pay yet I cannot even see my weekly goals, my consecutive weeks, I can't even play the gameboard since beginning of December 2023, I have not been getting any assistance from anyone at Discovery.
