Vitality lack of internal processes cause poor customer service.

I recently transferred my Discovery and Vitality membership to my personal capacity. I noticed that my Vitality Healthy Foods benefit was missing and when I logged into Discovery was invited to join Vitality.

I raised this with my Discovery Financial Advisor and eventually Discovery confirmed that they owed me the cash back. However, they took it upon themselves to deposit it into an account which was closed. The amount of toing and froing to get them to pay me back has been unaccpetable. They already have all of my personal details in their system and yet I have to furnish it all again to get my money back.

After the 3rd or 4th email, I told them that if they didn't get it sorted out within 5 days, I would cancel my membership. Their response was to send me a cancellation email.

This is the worst customer service I have received from a financial services company.

I don't expect to get a response from this complaint but ultimately want to advise prospective customers of just how bad their service is. Customer Service is non existent.
