Vitality kids issues

Joined the kids vitality for benefits such as Ster Kinekor but since joined the benefit can't be used as they have technical issues. Do not provide feedback, also cosultant says that they can not give feedback as the technical team is not able to provide a time line. When asked for refund on full price already paid for movies, they just said no. When asked for refund on monthly premium, answer is no. No feedback on technical issue, no on all questions. Very poor for such a big company.
