VITALITY IS PATHETIC

Had two queries with these people, one, whereby my voucher does not work by checkers, i escalated and logged a query, they responded no its all valid you can use it, wasted my petrol going to checkers again only to be told no voucher is not valid. My second query, which was also logged, my status changed to blue, i was bronze, they told me oh its because your changed plans we going to escalate it and fix, the i receive correspondance, all good points transferred, checked two days later, my status and points still the same. What is wrong with you people, cant you employ proper people to do the job properly, its a waste of time each time calling and logging dam queries and then the issue is still not resolved.
