Vitality is just nonsense

I'm really disappointed in Vitality. They called me offering me a 3 months free membership in August. I took it. Come 25 Sep they billed me R410. I sent emails, called in (using so much money for airtime). They acknowledged the system had errors and billed some customers who it shouldnt have. Told them I want my money back and for them to cancel that thing. They agreed to have canceled but till today I still haven't got my money back. Vitality I want my money back!!!!! Now I'm supposed to keep buying airtime and calling since no emails are being responded to!
