Vitality is desperate for sales

So vitality decided to add vitality on my life cover without my authorization, this was in February already after I called and inquired about the program. Every month since then they have been deducting unauthorized amounts of money from my account. I'd call in ask why and they'd tell me they are still investigating (listening to the call).

Last month I called in as usual after I reversed the amount and they told me they listened to the call and they found the agent guilty, so indeed the vitality was not authorized by me. I get a call on Monday that my life cover is in a "lapse state" and should I not make a payment it's going to lapse. So a mistake on their side compromises my life cover, how fair is that?

From February until now they have not resolved this?
