Vitality is a waste of time. Medical aid in it to get more by healthy lifestyle while they give you next to nothing in return

I went to Dischem with my R100 voucher that expires on 25 October. I have used the vouchers before. This time, the voucher wi code wouldn’t work. The lady at the till said I should refresh my wallet and suddenly the voucher could no longer be viewed. Other vouchers in the past said that they were redeemed on the day that they were used. This voucher was still valid. When we went into the app there was no previous vouchers that could be seen. Now I worked to get the reward and Discovery Vitality has ripped me off of my R100 voucher. I paid for the goods from my own card but that was after looking like a fool with a voucher that doesn’t work in front of the entire store. Also, I won a Discovery diamond in the board game on my latest try. Guess what....I cannot swap 1 diamond for anything and have to wait to win more diamonds. What is the point of offering a price like that?
