Vitality is a ****!

Discovery Vitality is a ****!!! I did my Vitality assessment on the 24th of July, 6 weeks later my points are still not reflecting on my points board. Surprisingly, a claim was made for the tests I did on that day and it was paid for and the pharmacy showed me the record of them completing the claim process and Vitality assessment results. Now I have lodged a couple of complaints and nothing has been resolved. So no discounts and progress points for me but they are gladly deducting their monthly contribution from me😡😡😡😠
