Vitality is a ******* and joke.

Since the 1st of March when my Fiance was added to my vitalty we have been unable to activate any of his benefits, this has resulted in full gym fees been taken off for 2 months, numerous calls, countless passing the buck from the Vitality group to the Discovery life calls, we keep getting told it has been escalated and it is now almost half way through September so 6 months of utter ******* and no headway when any of this will if ever happen. We were asked for blood tests, which we had to pay for and also promised would be refunded and that request too has been completely ignored.
