Vitality is a ****. It never works

Discovery Vitality is a ****. I've tried for almost a year to get my healthy food benefit loaded. The app give an error every time.

I've sent numerous emails, made numerous call and online chats. Still nothing has been done.

I'm paying for a benefit I can't use.
