Vitality is a ****!!!!!

Vitality is a ****! They claim it is for a healthy living and doing better but you follow there process and then have points not reflect and all sorts of hidden clauses that are not clear and then you get told sorry not our problem. Can't get a recon on health food points but must just trust they are honest. When you ask for a recon it needs to be logged with back office. They say you have 2000 points 1000 each for weight watchers program and Dietitian you do both only to be told one only counts. But on the site it shows you can earn up to 2000 but how? Then you go for the condition management checkup and they load only the GP visit. I have been logging tickets all of Dec and now will be either 260 or 10 points short of Diamond and every time I speak to Discovery they just oh we sorry your problem not ours. People need to know this is a **** and make 100000% sure before you spend extra money to follow their program for health and get *****ed out of time and money! Discovery is not about health it is about *****ing its customers at every turn and to make it so difficult to get through their hurdles you never get the benefits. 75% off travel but you need to be on Purple if it is this hard for Diamond I would hate to see what that is like. **** **** ****!
