Vitality - irony being their behaviour is anything but their name

At the end of February - Discovery had an issue processing my activities which resulted in the points not reflecting. I have been fighting for a month now to have this properly fixed with endless repetition of the problem because no single person deals with a query. Additionally, I now have gone two weeks with no points reflecting on my account and a response from the company saying that they know of the problem and there is no expected date when it will be resolved.

This is pathetic.
