Vitality internal problem with consultant

Absolutely frustrating the billing department is absolutely unhelpful, poor terrible call Centre with no planning and customer service just holding on for hours on end and still cannot get through to the department neither do they respond to emails i have been waiting for 3 days to get service. still not assisted.
