Vitality holding on to gym and device booster pay outs

I have been waiting over 4 months for my gym and device booster payments to be paid out. I have followed up numerous times and supp**** proof that I have indeed reached my goals 4 time in the months where I received incorrect payouts. Every time I call they apologise and agree that their service is unacceptable, however this is never corrected and I receive no feedback regarding why this is not corrected.

This is not a large cash amount, however it was a nice incentive to get me more active and they are completely failing their clients on this front. I tried being nice and I tried being mean. It's a shame I had to come to Hello Peter as a last resort.
