Vitality HealthyWeight - they keep charging
I signed up for Vitality HealthyWeight - a 3 month package with the first month free. Five months later they are still charging the monthly fee. Trying to get it cancelled is a nightmare.

27 Nov 2023, 16:25I have just managed to find out that even though I signed up for a three month subscription, it does not lapse after three months unless you manually cancel. Then you are charged another month after cancellation because they require a month's notice. You do not EVER receive a notification that your subscription is going to continue forever unless you cancel and that they will rob you of another month. I will now be paying for 6 months on a 3 month subscription. This is theft
