Vitality - Health Food Benefits

Discovery Vitality informed me in June to update my banking details as there is a Healthy Food Benefit reward that needs to be paid. I am still battling to get proper feedback from them as the full amount owed has not been paid. Every single time I log a query, I have to wait 3-5 working days. After 3-5 working days I still get no correspondence from them and I have to log a query again which will take 3-5 working days. It is now 3 months that I have been battling to get my Vitality Healthy Food Rewards. Service is totally unacceptable and terrible adverti*****t.
