Vitality Health Check and the whole Vitality Customer Service a load of crock

I have been working towards achieving gold status three years running, have achieved it the previous two years but this year I am 1600 points short.. I started my journey 40 kg's heavier. Previous two years I have scored over 15000 points for my health check's. Now at my healthiest I am only able to score 5000 points? When confronting Vitality about this I am told I did my vitality health check in January and only obtained 5000 points, I must prove to them otherwise. I found my report on the site where my cholesterol was below 5 which they display as green and good on their chart of good readings, but on my report they have marked me in the red as bad. Another thing when I looked for this report the site showed what you need to do to get points and displayed that I had a tick for my vitality age and my fitness assessment but no tick for my health assessment so it looks like i never did it either. I even went so far as getting my work to validate when my examination was done as they do a wellness day each year (I am highlighting these two issues being cholesterol and date of examination as these were the most glaring and I believe validates my point) So after obtaining all this evidence, my report and their graphs and sending it through to vitality, the response I get is: Yes I am correct about when my check was done and they will change the date but they gave me the full 2000 points for the cholesterol check. From the looks of it there information is incorrect and they do not validate the information from there side. All i am told is i must go do another Check which will cost me money and I could get the difference of points I didn't get before. That would be great if I actually knew what I needed to work on instead of going and paying and could end up in the same boat. I have also noticed the web site and the mobile app do not sync up. I hadn't achieved my weekly goal for 900 points since July as I no longer attended park run due to attending classes on a Saturday. On the App it never changed, it constantly showed me I needed 900 points to achieve my weekly goal. When I looked for my report I found on the site that to achieve my goal I only needed 650 points for the week. This whole experience has been off putting, Discovery's service to client's is shocking as they are unwilling to assist and unable to prove where they are coming from. The client must accept what they say as truth and they expect the client to prove to them, which can be done using their very own data supp**** by themselves. Which they then have the audacity to tell you No you got the full marks for you Cholesterol check even though according to their feedback report my Cholesterol was red and bad????
