Vitality health Assessment - poor service

Please update your referred list for BANKMED BASIC vitality assessment facilities. We went to Wilgheuwel - Intercare and they struggled to process our assessment or billing. We have never paid for health assessments and i couldn't get through to vitality through Bankmed today because they don't work on a saturday, soi have to wait until Tuesday because monday is a holiday. We received such poor service due to us being on a basic medical aid yet we are paying citizens and vitality members. It was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable to have to live such treatment from the frontline staff at Intercare Wilgeheuwel, all because we are on a BASIC medical aid. However, if Vitality can update their referred list of places we can do our health and fitness assessments, please could you urgently update and remove Intercare Wilgeheweul.
