Vitality has become Vexatious

Running around in circles since last year mid December of points not updating on Vitality. Keep on going back and forth for nearly a month now that nothing is being resolved. This is beyond annoying and frustrating as I even made phone call on Wednesday to ask if there is anything else needed from me (reference of the call ********** 701). Got promised that I will be contacted shortly around this as it has been handed over to the Team Leader but yet no phone call at all. Got a email late last night (reference ********** 862 issue since last year) asking for more information. Please advise if this is a reflection of how Discovery handle's things?
