Vitality has become pathetic

Discovery Vitality has become pathetic. They don’t answer queries mailed to them, can’t answer queries when you call, the same issues happen over and over again. I feel like I spend my days always on the the phone to them. This miles business is nonsense. I have played the game board 3 times and miles balance never updated. So I got nothing in the end. Pathetic.
