Vitality Gym Promo Not being honoured

Hi<br> <br> I have now contact vitality a total of 5 times in the last three weeks and have not received a single reply! I keep getting told that someone will come back to me.<br> <br> When I signed up for this vitality benefit I was told that I qualify for the vitality no sign up fee promo with Virgin Active. It is now two months later and nothing! Just waiting for someone to answer and tell me they will call back and never do.<br> <br> Could someone call me urgently to resolve my vitality gym membership benefits.
