Vitality gym membership

I joined Virgin Active and according to them I have an active membership with my Vitality linked. However, according to Discovery, I dont have an active membership (it shows cancelled on their side). I phoned Discovery to bring this under their attention and they "escaladed" the matter and would come back to me within 24-48 hours. After a week of first speaking to them, I followed up again (did not received any feedback as yet) and the second person also "escaladed" the issue and got the same 24-48 h feedback ****. I phoned them now for a third time and still nothing has been done to rectify the situation
