Vitality Gym Conversion gone wrong
Hi, I was with Momentum Multiply as I am with Bankmed. I spoke to someone in January with Discovery Vitality and converted to their programme. As Bankmed is now underwritten by Discovery. Vitality has informed me on numerous occasions that I should not be charged a joining fee. The sales people at my local club in Century City insist that I should be paying this joining fee. My conversion was attempted before 31 March and according to Discovery vitality ( I have this in writing email *** ) I should not be charged for this joining fee.

This is annoying as I am the one now doing the back and fourth, my activity is not being recorded accurately and quite frankly I am tired of the run around. I have asked the guys at the club ( I last spoke to a Craig) to check with Virgin to see exactly what should be happening. He kept referring to what the Sales Manager (who has now left ) had communicated to him \if members are moving from Momentum Multiply to Vitality Balance, no fee charged, any other conversion there will be a fee charged.\"

Please can someone clarify whats what, i really have better things to do with my time"
