Vitality Gym Benefits

I am on Bankmed, and I was on multiply.<br> In January 2016 I joined Vitality. When I joined I was told that I can join Virgin Active for free until the end of March 2016.<br> I went to Virgin active 01 march 2016 to join the gym, I was told that I need to pay the joining fee of about 1500.<br> When I joined Vitality, this was not explained to me.<br> <br> I joined Vitality because of the gym benefits and now I am told to pay the Gym joining fee which was not explained to me when I joined the Vitality.<br> <br> Please assist.<br> <br> Thank you
