Vitality free-trial period deductions

I joined Discovery on the 3 month free trial but my money was deducted and Neelofar who I sent an email 9days ago to assist me I phoned in to do a follow up and Vuyiseka Mpiyonke could not help me. She said that she will email Neelofar but cannot include me in the email which means I will never know if she sent it. I just want my money back!
