VITALITY *****

The service at Discovery is disgusting, the call agents are very condescending. I joined the medical aid and was told I qualify for THREE MONTHS FREE VITALITY, TO MY SHOCK I was charged for VITALITY TWICE on Discovery Health and Discovery Insure FOR TWO MONTHS.

I called to COMPLAIN on numerous occasions, I requested to have VITALITY canceled on both my policies as I was sold this product under false information.

Today, after NOT RECEIVING HELP and my requests to receive telephone recordings. And be given a FULL refund.

I took matters to my bank to dispute all DISCOVERY payments, I will not be treated like I don't matter when I have to pay for services.
