Vitality forces members to be dishonest

I completed 2, 30 min, subsequent activities at the gym on 28 September 2016 no time lapse in -between. My average heart rate for the first was 114 amounting to 70% of my heart rate. The second was completed at 117 Ave heart rate.

Discovery claims my average heart rate should be 114.1. Mathematically correct, but where do I find an activity app measuring in decimals!

My deduction is that I need to be dishonest and not change my activity on the app, but just continue to exercise till an hour is finished. This way I will also circumvent the gyms requirements of not spending more than 20 minutes at one station.

Telephonic conversations with the call centre could not clear up my problem.

2 Days lapsed -still no communication from Vitality Device Specialist team. Wonder if I perhaps exposed a programming misstake on their side....I have sympathy - programming misstakes do happen - but bad customer communication is unforgivable.
